You might have already heard about Conditional Sentences. Well, they are said to be three: the first, the second and the third.
However, did you ever know that we have the ZERO CONDITIONAL???

Zero Conditional Sentences are used to express facts which are generally true or scientific facts. The condition always has the same result no matter what. AH, and both parts are in the simple present form.
IF YOU STAND IN THE RAIN, YOU GET WET.
IF YOU DROP AN OBJECT, IT FALLS.
IF YOU HEAT WATER, IT BOILS.
