Slender, Thin, Slim… or FAT?
Você está em forma ou fora dela? Com que frequência você pratica atividades físicas? Elas são importantíssimas para uma vida mais saudável. Mas esse não é o assunto deste tópico.
E como nós podemos nos referir ao nosso físico? Às vezes ficamos em dúvida devido ao grande número de expressões existentes. Vamos dar uma olhada nas tabelas abaixo:

THIN | Someone that has little fat on their body. |
SLIM | Thin, in an attractive way. |
SKINNY | Very thin, usually disapproving. |
SLENDER | Thin, in an attractive and graceful way. |
LEAN | Thin, but looking strong and fit. |
SLIGHT | Thin and delicate-looking. |

OVERWEIGHT | Polite way to say someone is fatter than they should be. |
OBESE | Especially used by doctors. Fat, in a way that is bad for health. |
CHUBBY | Informal. Used usually for children. |
PLUMP | Fat and rounded in a pleasant way. |
BIG / WELL-BUILT | Polite way to describe someone with a large, strong or fat body. |
E se você está de bem com a balança você pode se considerar WELL PROPORTIONED ou, talvez, ATHLETIC.
